The City of Grand Prairie has a lease agreement with USACE for seven distinct parcels including the following: Lynn Creek Park, Estes Park, Low Branch Park, Pleasant Valley Park, and Camp Wisdom Park. Three of the parks — Lynn Creek, Loyd, and Britton — are partly or wholly developed. The remaining four parks are currently undeveloped.
